It's because they feel like they are "in a similar wave" or "vibe", it's one of the reason why also corpos work, they encapsulate themselves to be in this artificial environment in which you see them as the same thing with different colors, people tend to watch those and usually are not used to huge changes on it. Even if we are in the Twitch landscape and even after the 3 left (Nazuna could count, but I won't) and there was the huge shift of it, shit still feels the same for them and us. Of course, a similar social circle does feel like better to watch because they have similar humor or if you are parasocial enough you tend to feel like as chatters you are part of the experience of being in a group with them but that's mainly when you are too far gone.
