More importantly thought, I'll have to hold back on whatever potential interactions there may be between /hag/ and /who/ until /hag has developed enough lore for it.
By this I mean "Official" relations, althought, /hag/ sending people to study in our country is certainly possible, and I wish to keep that as a possibility, with nothing to work off it ends up being quite vague.
I'd prefer it if you developed /hag/'s lore on how education is supposed to happen, like schools and other stuffs.
