>he's talked with me about Vtuber stuff before, but he says he just doesn't get it at all (or anything anime related)
>walk in
>he's doing this
>tells me it's "Virtual Gambling, but real"
>goes on about how it's nice because if you talk on chat, the girl will talk to you, too
>sends a message and tells me to wait, she eventually says hello and mispronounces his name, and he goes "see what I mean? Ain't that rad?"
>some dude sends her a message going "oh yo girl those nails gonna be looking so fine when I take you out to dindin sometime" and she just goes "thanks for the message!" which even makes my brother cringe
I think I've gained a new perspective on how low a person can actually go, and have some confidence that I'm not that low down for being into Vtubers
