I voice clone over a tts file with rvc for that, but the rvc tool i'm using is Koemake cuz I'm too lazy to create my own tool, and Koemake might be set to low quality generation 100% of the time. This combined with the fact that its a tts file being voice changed through 2-4 vb cables gives it a lisp, random static and smokers voice.
