Hours watched has always been an important metric here, newfag. And the fact it takes into account stream time is a feature, it means vtubers get penalized for laziness and rewarded for consistency.

For example Ayame is almost always near the top on Median CCV but mid tier on hours watched because she only streams 5 times a month max.
