VTubers vs. Degens Edition

Welcome to VShojo+! A thread to discuss VShojo, and any vtubers frequently associated with them.

There were only 2 known streams set for today and the first one turned out to be a huge success. The team of Nyan, Mouse, Snuffy, and Vei were set to face off against the team of flesh-and-blood streamers Tectone, Roflgator, Lacari, and the permanently-malding Sodapoppin. Branded VTubers vs. Degens the two teams played a game of Parasocial, which, let's face it, is just Family Feud. The two teams started off great with a lot of banter back and forth and an ongoing dynamic was quickly formed. Lacari was dead weight to his team, and Soda was going to make sure that absolutely everyone knew of it. All four of the girls quickly set about bullying Soda for his dumb Nickelodeon shirt and all of that was before the actual game even began. If you missed it live then this is definitely a VOD to watch at the first opportunity. There's possibilities that the groundwork was also laid for a few upcoming collabs with Snuffy talking about playing Smite with Mizkif, and Mouse discussing having him on Speak of the Devil. And if you've been watching Vei you know she's wanted to play with Lacari, so the ground work may have been laid here as well. Or maybe none of that will happen and it will just be a bunch of missed opportunities. None of us can see the future!

It's great to see the nerves that all of them discussed as recently as one day ago when talking about the show vanish into thin air as soon as they were live and the audience was entertained throughout. Hitting a peak of about 75k viewers it was great exposure for the group, and it's not the only stream planned for today. There's still a Japan walkalong collab with Nyan planned, and while the details of that are still largely unknown it's sure to be a fun one as well. So keep things comfy and civil in the meantime by ignoring bait, and being excellent to each other.
