Went through a few pages on danbooru and e621 to see how difficult it would be to make a dataset for a lora.
It's hard to find good examples, they're not always tagged as inverted, sometimes it's just nipples or puffy nipples, mostly the slit kind or the tiny nipple poking out from a slit is tagged as inverted, even though there are a lot of different shapes.
I guess prompting puffy and putting long nipples or big nipples in negatives could get a non slit inverted nipple, it doesn't help that in real life they look like more like buttholes or slits than the other kinds so that's how they get drawn.
