I'm not really into fanfiction, I think there's so much great content in the existing official works and doujin works that it's more interesting to analyze those and their literary and historical themes thank making up my own stuff. There used to be a lot more philosophical discussion of Touhou lore on /jp/ before vtubers took over the board and I really enjoyed participating in those.

It doesn't look much like Kasen to me besides being pink, but I suppose I can see where there might be similarities? Kasen's design is more like traditional asian dress rather than a lolita dress. Rosemi's outfit reminds me more of the fairies like Luna Child and Star Sapphire, they tend to dress more lolita style.
