I've been in plenty of general where it takes one retard who can't read the room to shit up the thread even if no one replies.
These people can't draw, write greentext, or make music, so they feel their only creative outlet is posting shitty memes they didn't even make on 4chan as a way of carving the culture when they can't realize how sad and alone they are in this world. After some time a most of these dumb retards will give up and move on, but if he's one of the few aspie retards, he'll try to astroturf entire threads like other ones I've seen go up in flames.
