You can, but they are considerably more limited than males. Not all match options are available for them, they can't bleed and I'm pretty sure there are some moveset and customization limitations too (and their face templates frequently come out ugly as fuck). Plus they can only fight other females. So if I made female Anny and Neuro, I wouldn't be able to make them fight male Vedal. Therefore, no females.
