She's used to the rigors of JP management, she also actually wants to be an idol and perform to a huge audience, the rest of them don't really give them a shit, neither does the audience considering the most JP like EN member is the least popular, and the twitch zoomers are hyper popular.
The reason Holo is getting stale is because theyre a walled off garden, they don't innovate, they don't change their approach, they just stick to what works for them, problem is its no longer as shiny as its used to be the and market is super saturated right now, and I'm not even talking about Niji's, Twitch for example, lots of companies that are having trouble on youtube are finding new life over there.

And the elephant in the room is that the girls they hire just aren't very mentally stable, they're also very unhealthy judging by the avalanche of problems the EN girls have, mentally ill people are easy to control, but they're not very reliable.
