In goes the coconut milk, which I'm too white to know if I'm using right. I only used the solids, because it's still way too liquid without the rest. I was going to place a decorative strawberry on top as per Bettle's ingredients, but it's honestly too thin to do so, it'll sink straight to the bottom. This is a really shitty punchline.

Overall, it tastes like a tangy strawberry milkshake. If not for the fact that it used $5 of alcohol, $3 of coconut milk, and $2 of cream cheese, I'd make this. I'm going to chill it and see if it thickens up, and maybe try the heavy cream and report back.
