It's more like, she doesn't see a clear separation between what's supposed to be a friend and what's supposed to be a lover, given how she hates labels. I can imagine here gaining acting like lover and 5 days later back to normal, just on a whim, gaining and losing interests on random people. Which honestly give sense to her being single for so long. Even if you trap her in a marriage she may actually forget you're married one day and come back to her house, or just forget she's pregnant and start running in the stairs and fall.
