As far as I know, all Shimada did was link-bait people by posting links to a twitch channel dedicated to watching a free-range chicken farm. She then gifted subs to that channel to people she caught showing up in the stream as a way to cheekily show that she knew they were /here/. I even got one, and I am basically a ghost outside of /here/
