I sure hope Anycolor didn't communicate their intention to terminate her before she started liking things with her PL account and that they can demonstrate that the comments she liked were actually defamation and not just negative opinions otherwise this is a textbook case of Workplace Defamation without being a statement made with absolute privilege (i.e. official proceedings, arbitration proceedings, or statements made during a legally required background check of a potential employee, or in any other governmental proceedings), I wouldn't want them to have to pay Zion for reputational damages and cover her court costs.
