You're tasked with coming up for the best possible roster for a Hololive fighting game
The only rule is that you have to pick 2 representatives from each gen (aside from the ID gens, who get 1 representative each) for a total of 18 fighters.
Which girls would you pick? Would you prioritize popularity, or would pick characters that you feel would lend themselves better to unique playstyles?
