In retrospect, take those reforms with a grain of salt as I am reworking them. Hoomen, no need to rush or anything, our relationship isn't going to change at all besides perhaps deeper cooperation, and things that should make us more equal partners since I realized I really was at your mercy in non-meta terms. I do not things are going to be as crazy as I first made them but remember that increasing the army by a measure of 3 could just be us going from a small army to an average one. The main problem I think that will be addressed is just land reform and the problem of the Western Magnates.

So I was thinking of something cool, Hoshiyomi has a comet impact crater in it. I don't entirely know how that would look, but it would be pretty cool wouldn't it? I am also not sure what we would do it (I know rare space metals but I don't know how iridium would effect anything in this era) with besides maybe... a holy site.
