It doesn't make it any less dumb and makes the argument being attempted even dumber because if you take the norm of Nijisanji numbers, their branch average is on the 3k range.
Pretty much every stream over 40k is an outlier for Nijisanji. Here is some data on in

It is terribly dumb to "dock" a stream for being an outlier in an "outlier horse race".
