Anon, Haachama is in college, she is not sticking to "I do what I want stream" route.
Haachama, much like Mumei, will have periods of high performance and high activity and periods where they'll just stream, maybe.

You continue trying to find a parallel in the JP side for a streamer that just ceased to care but I don't think there is any, mostly because the ones that reached that level like, at times, Aki, Mel, Ayame, Aqua and Shion, just stop streaming altogether until they find their groove back.
