For me, there is nothing hotter than a woman who wants to be limbless. Who wants to have all or most of their arms and legs removed, rendering them utterly helpless and dependent on their partner. They would take pleasure in knowing that all the normal things they did, like getting out of bed, dressing, moving around, and even scratching an itch, are no longer possible. To be turned on by their own limbless body, but not having the means to do anything about it, caught in an endless cycle of sexual frustration that only their partner can satisfy. They'd also take pleasure in being at the whim of their partner, though that partner would not abuse that complete control by being cruel or causing pain.
