If your webui is up to date it'll have a little red button right under 'generate' in the top right. When you mouse over it, it will say 'extra networks'.

In your stable diffusion directory, there should be a folder named 'Lora' in the folder named 'models'. You should place any LoRA's that you download here.

When you refresh your UI and click on that little red button, it will pull up a section where you can see textual inversion, hypernet, checkpoint, and Lora. Click LoRA and it should show you all that you have stashed in the right place. Click any of the tiles to add that LoRA to your prompt with a weight of 1.

Most LoRA's (mainly those for characters or concepts) require some keywords to activate. Some do not (mainly artist style LoRA's). If your LoRA came with some documentary or keywords, add those to your prompt.

Be advised that most LoRA's are overbaked, and will deep fry your prompt at a weight of 1. Consider lowering it by 0.1 until you get something you like.

Example: testing a LoRA for the artist androjuniarto. This is what the output looks like at a 1.0 weight. Very distinct, but it's causing all sorts of crazy things to happen in the background. So I'll lower to 0.8 and try again.
