The actual difference is that Fubuki had 40 streams in her channel in March alone, with her choice of entertainment ranging from popular games to games only her most hardcore audience cares about, collabs with her gen mates, participating in Hololive events and tournaments and everything that’s expected from a Hololive streamer.
It’s not just that people can easily skip anything they don’t like: they must because keeping up with this much content is an embarrassment of riches.

That would be the main difference: Fubuki’s audience has no complaints about her choice of content.
