Uhh this won't address the psychological stuff but a big step in being able to control caloric intake is recognizing that low water volume foods are heavily calorically dense while being low satiation. That's why a tomato is 20 calories and a big Mac is 700. Even something like chicken thighs which is rather dense... A whole thigh is probably only 350 calories.

Learning to recognize what foods actually make you full isn't the only step to getting control back. Besides deciding to make a life change you do also have to confront the emotional baggage. One big thing is realizing that oftentimes eating junky doesn't actually make you feel good. This really really doesn't happen very fast. But one day you reach the point where you're eating an apple and realizing it's a more pleasure able experience than a shitty candy bar.

That's not to say all super hedonic things will suddenly go away. Frankly you'll still probably love cheesecake. And there's nothing wrong with that. People should still have guilty pleasures that rock their world. The more important step is cutting out shit that doesn't actually make you happy. Like. It's similar to web surfing. Its one thing to spend too much time watching YouTube docs you like. It's another to infinite scroll YouTube clicking shit you don't even like that much looking for infinite gratification.

Changing for the better is scary, so start with the things that are no brainers and that you're tired of. Maybe that's bags of chips that make you feel bloated. Maybe that's refreshing /vt/ too much. Who knows. But the first step to taking back control is stop doing shit you hate

Fyi that anon is right. The IQ thing tests for vocabulary essentially, so writing with any brevity is going to be downgraded. Since good writers are usually ones who can convey forcefully in few words, it's not actually a very good test. But it's a fun one I guess. Except I made myself mad having my newer writing being rated like 90 IQ while my shitty college writing gets high marks

>"As he stepped into the room, Anon laid his eyes on the most beautiful sight he had ever seen. The chiaroscuro-haired temptress lay among the rose petals scattered upon the sheets, her voluptuous figure wearing naught but a smile. Her finger curled to beckon him forth as she stroked her hand lasciviously down her thigh..."
>"Shiori what the fuck are you doing."
>"...he asked in confusion, taken aback by the singularly breathtaking sight before him."
