Usually when you're genuinely emotionally attached to a person or group of people, you want to continue to stay in contact with them. Vanishing and seemingly avoiding talking to them as much as possible is not something you'd expect from someone who's talked about how grateful they are to those people, about how much they mean to them, even saying they love them. You'd at the very least hope for some sort of a reason for the change in behavior.

I am worried about her, but so far her behavior hasn't really shown that she's actually going through anything that bad. She seemed totally fine during the collabs she showed up to. And she was able to say something when she needed to take a break for her health before, why can't she do it again? Just remaining silent gives the impression she simply doesn't care. I don't know if that's actually the case or not, but that's the message she's sending.

So, what do you think will happen if she just doesn't show up for her birthday? I used to think there's no way that would happen, but it's seeming more and more likely.

She's always been bad with communicating and following through on things, yes, but it's gotten to a completely ridiculous level. The length of time between anything keeps getting longer and longer. She wasn't even able to keep up movie watchalongs, arguably one of the easiest types of streams to do. And when she does actually show up now it's just for collabs where she hardly acknowledges the audience. If you can't see how things are way worse than they used to be, then you're just willfully ignoring reality.

It's kind of hilarious that Gura's unwillingness to be involved in things saved her from a minor yab.

No, I just genuinely think that's what she needs to do. A pinned vague chat comment is not really properly addressing it. But she's seems to not want to acknowledge that anything is even different as much as possible, so I won't hold my breath.

Well, I think it's time for me to go back to focusing on other things. Being here as little as possible definitely helps.
