The mori stream where she collabed with gura and holox was way before the Millie stardew valley stream. Its extremely clear what he was talking about and of course its going to be extremely ironic too that he talks about hololive tech issues when the "leak" happened precisely because niji has shit tech and they have to share their game screens through fucking discord that allowed it to happen in the first place.
