Highest ranked ones are out of the top 30 (out of 100 tracked) and the lowest ranked ones only outrank some Neo-Porte, fucking WACTOR, SonyTubers and Hajime

The only reason they aren't axed for poor performance is because the PR hit would be worse than the saved resources but, if COVER wants to expand their main operation they'll have to consider whether it's worthy keeping an agency with the expectation of equal access to the company resources while adding only a fraction of what the main agency brings in terms of audience and revenue.
