no, the answer is simple: she's an otaku, it explains why she's into idols and anime, specially since she has seen a lot of mainstream anime

yes i know this sounds stupid, but this combines itself with bae's inherent love for streaming and weird attitude alongside crowds.
Bae is an otaku, a big one, enough to learn japanese, but she's also an STUDENT. My theory is that she met mumei and befriended her, since they clearly have history together. Now if we combine all of this together, we have a kinda shy girl on crowds, that is a huge otaku, with a love from dancing,fanfics and kpop.
The answer is right there: She's either a 22(aprox) y/o Shy Fujo on rehabilitation (since she either got bullied or made fun of) OR a girl in her 17s that is going exactly through that phase, experiencing all of this thanks to a family member
