Anyone who links that FTC shit is certified retarded. Different crimes are handled differently. You notify the public of data breaches or phishing scams when the thing on the line is just info and nothing more. Someone trying to steal your banking info warrants a notice. People doxing you for the sake of swatting gets handled completely differently. Additionally, VShojo had auditions open, anyone who would reply to a phishing attack like that would be an idiot as well. And what more proof do you need that Nux was lead on a wild goose chase than the fact he "found" the guy using a mysterious fan's help. Said investigation leading him to an OnlyFans account, when the guy is confirmed to be underaged so it has to be a fake account. And legally they can not tell him not to make the video. Nux doesn't work for VShojo, nor is he an affiliate of theirs. Attempting to silence him WOULD actually be a crime. He even shows in his apology that he's arguing against them, and he doesn't show anythnig else of this conversation. They could've been at it for an hour before relenting because when you're dealing with a faggot drama anituber you also don't want to say something that would provoke him into making a video because then it'd be your ass on the line.
