Just spent all afternoon trying to figure out how to do 3DS themes, it was mostly 2 hours of struggling with the BRSTM and BCSTM converters since they just wouldn't take my wav file.
It's a pretty simplistic theme, mostly I'm proud of the BGM, it's a loop of part of A New Start, it's compressed but it still sounds okay.
