Then I'll have to bring up that Ame brings in fans that buy into the company's product as a whole, not just a single talent. If Mori leaves, her viewers will also leave to watch VShoujo or Nijisanji, as Mori's image is more consistent with their product. Ame effectively brings in buyers to the company's product as a whole, bringing relevance not only to herself but to her entire branch all on her own. No other talent in EN can be claimed to do that, and you can see in just how much less controversial Ame is amongst Hololive fans that she comes by this effectiveness completely honestly.

TL;DR Ame makes holoEN relevant all on her own, Mori makes herself relevant but not the rest of holoEN
