Reminder that the last roster thread for the /vt/ team turned into a 500+ post shitflinging shitfest because people wanted to kick Holos out of the team >>45915907
To be fair this was the manager's shortlist for the team players and the options are kinda shit

As for the actual roster itself Pic related is the basic setup of options that me and the other manager have made, BEFORE you post something like "omg this list is SHIT how could u miss ----" this IS NOT the final list. the reason im posting what we came up with is so you know what is already there when suggesting things. no we did not put every holo, every niji, every small corpo and indie, or every board meme but if you would like to suggest any of them please do so in the poll and/or here. just do so in the format you see in picrel. as long as its something we know gets posted on /vt/ and isnt purely 100% catalog bait/anti shit itll be added.
The actual roster poll itself will be done sometime within the next 2 weeks so keep an eye out. We have decided that instead of doing a poll to decide slots and then another poll to fill those slots, the entire current roster will be included in the poll so that as much change as much change as is wanted will happen. ALSO a very big update and we know one not everyone is going to be happy with is that there will be at least 4 maybe up to 6 (we havent decided yet) spots on the roster set aside for nonholo nongneralboard meme players who wouldnt make the team off of pure vote. ie niji, phase, idol, eien, indie large or small, etc. The nonholo portion of the board is large and noticeable and its not reasonable for the majority of the board being holo meaning that they never get voted on. 60-70% deciding the entire thing and what not yadda yadda. Note that this is a minimum so if a player would make it normally without the needing to use one of these slots they dont count towards the slot total. we know this will make some people upset but we feel this is a neccesary step to make sure more of the board is represented.
