Technically they could but the reason youtube scrapers work at the times they do is because that's when the numbers are are available via the API. If we more to 9 eastern we have guaranteed info for everyone, which still isn't that helpful because the best profit is still getting in early notm buying 2 of everything holopoi tells you to buy. Changing the times would require doing some weird hacky shit like scraping individual videos, so for example the early morning JP videos would get included for the adjustment they technically happened on and the general YT API doesn't support that or sites like socialblade would update through the day instead of just once at night.

Here's is the thing Anon, differently of what tribalist tell you, Nijisanji and Hololive aren't actively competing with one another, sure their work might sare the same target audience but there is no real rivalry between them, in fact they have worked together many times already.
