amelia and ina were most likely legit, the question is how was that recorded. unless, you know, they'd hire dancers to awkwardly move around, which isn't impossible, especially given that the girls can't go to japan, but that just sounds weird even for hololive.
gura and moona - i don't say they're not talented, but these moves were truly professional. and i don't recall any of them being professional dancers or having previous performances.
