My council debut tapestry finally shipped from Geekjack. I love Sana's art hopefully there'll be more merch made by her.

Let's build a good gen 3 using the confirmed ingredients of success:

1) Pomu - We need an idolfag, and she's a good streamer. Would be funny to steal a Niji. Kiara holds Myth together, one of the reasons Council sucks is because they don't have a Kiara #2. Boomer hag but also cute is a good draw, and clearly she can excel given she made it to Nijisanji. Would've made it to Holo if she started MM earlier. Also speaks very basic Japanese, that's good.
2) Fallenshadow - cute and funny, any gen that doesn't have a loli is autofail and she's very competent streamer too, as well as showing how serious and dedicated she is given recent events. Dedicated Holofan, knows her stuff. Also British but without a shit accent, more location diversity. Long desired EN Rushia.
3) Ninaninin - Great entertainer, lovely voice, fantastic singer, cute EU for some more location diversity. Unproblematic, gets along with people easily and is fun to watch. Easy hook, wouldn't be #1 but her karaoke streams would get good views and clips and she'd build a medium sized, loyal fanbase. Give her big tits.

We still need:
MOST IMPORTANTLY
- Obligatory whore to stir up drama, but then who turns out to be a good content creator when it blow over.
and
- Native level Japanese speaker
and or
- Pro level artist
and or
- High ranking ACTUAL gamer (aka Botan, no not Selen, fuck off)
and or
- Maybe another loli, two is good too.
and or
- Someone with an original hobby they are willing to stream that will help them to build an interesting and new audience, if Omegacuck allows it (think Mumei's history streams). To play it safer, something like music creation (actually do something, Mori) fashion design, or even a fucking bookclub. Hell get me an engineer or some shit, I don't know how that would work but it would be based.

A chuuba who clears multiple of these categories and isn't a literal 2view would be appreciated.

Bonus streamers who I think should ACTUALLY make it into EN 3 if we give up on making it good and decide to just destroy the entire branch (and possibly company):
1) Kamiko Kana - good streamer, menhera bitch, would claw Gura's face off and talk about fucking dogs on stream and then take an Ayame level hiatus.
2) Nyanners - lol
3) Beatani - lol
4) a man
5) Any 3D twitch thot whore (it will inevitably happen)

Please give further suggestions on how to either fix or ruin EN for good, I'll be taking notes ready for EN 3 to see where we sway.

IMO, i really like the Sanaface better maybe becaus it's more "moe" or expressive than Ina's. i really can't like Inaface for some reason i can't explain. something about lacking soul maybe. but yeah i can see why more clients would prefer Ina because she has the speed and consistency, very important skillsets to have on a very competitive industry.

Are my standards too high? They're not bad but it's not what I expect from the company that has the titans of the industry, all of them are basically just average compared to any JP holo, or is this because the EN vtuber scene is terrible and they're actually one of the best candidates? I can't understand it

For an avatar of civilization, she's too mediocre. I expected a lot from Civilization, since human history had been defined by epic historical moments led by Great Men (e.g. Alexander, Caesar, Charlemagne, Genghis Khan, Napoleon, Hitler) But perhaps the promise of History streams can make up for it. Please be like Kings and Generals or Historia Civilis!
