Amateur drawbeat here, added some color to the mermaid Mori I started after hearing about her favorite Disney movie from the last t3. I'm not too happy with the shading and I'm gonna probably continue working on this in my spare time like I have before, but this seems like a good stopping point for now since the next t3 is about to start.

Does anyone here know how to do underwater effects/lighting?
