I ended up working out a story about them with /inf/ and /morig/ last night, the tl;dr is that I need somewhere for them to drop off supplies (+a valuable hostage) before they set off to fuck with Moriji. Given we already discussed the possibility of my terrorists being a nuisance for 2434, I figured it would make sense if they had a base hidden somewhere there, but I wanted to run it by you first.
