they look especially jarring when put next to the 3d model poses which are dynamic and have actual facial expressions. I really like Kiara's default 3d pose. It's not like they have her in a T-pose in all merchandise so why should they have the live2ds be in their default pose. IRyS and her dopey, vacant expression is especially bad. They could have had her winking or had her eyes open wide with a big smile or something and it would be so much better. The live2ds can be expressive so what's the point of showing off their least expressive faces for merch and stuf like this?
