I was paralyzed from the neck down after getting hit by a car when I was just 12 years old. The doctors said it was a miracle I had survived.
My whole life was pain. Dozens of surgeries but there was nothing I could do. I was told I would have to spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair and in the company of several caretakers to help me perform basic tasks.
But that was about to change: a friend of mine came to my house and played a song by her favorite artist: Mori Calliope. The second I heard that melody and singing I felt like I suddenly regained the ability to walk, so I got up from my chair and turned that terrible shit off. Worst fucking songs I have ever heard.
