I'm no youtube analyst but I think this short did well because it's like subtle clickbait.
I think it's similar to the Chiaki shorts that do well.
Short people who are conscious of their height will want to watch.
Tall guys who like short girls will think she's cute and want to see her get teased.
The other Raki shorts are more "best moments" compilations, so it doesn't really appeal to people who aren't already fans.
