You can change, I got bullied when I was 15 years old and didn't had friend when I was young, then I got to Uni at 18 years old but dropped out after a depression episode where I couldn't even get out of my bed, all I did was sleep, I got diagnosed with endogenous depression and I still struggle with it, I become a NEET at the age of 20 and was a NEET until I was 25 years old, I decided to change after trying to kill myself with pills only to wake up in a puddle of my own vomit and my mom freaking out, I decided to do it for my mom and got a shit retail work to save for studying again, I end up getting an scholarship and got back at Uni when I was 26 years old, now I'm 30 years old and in my last year of Uni, I still struggle a lot with my depression but I'm still fighting it.

I will not tell you it's get better, because it doesn't but It get less painful and more hopeful.
