Not really, Tiche's black flame slash isn't considered an attack & won't aggro her because it deals % damage & the reason Mori won against her.
Ogha will stay in the back & shoot her with a great bow which will knock her down for a good two seconds & you can attack to keep her aggro on you, he can finish the fight without taking a single hit.
