Download aria2 and use these flags to get around the throttling (adjust numbers to preference):

--external-downloader "aria2c" --external-downloader-args "aria2c:-c -j 16 -x 16 -s 16 -k 5M"

Don't forget to add your cookies to download members-only videos if you haven't already.
