If you're actually serious then you appear to have it completely backwards anon, topics with smaller audiences specifically break out of the main generals so that they have their own place for their chosen topic without it getting totally buried in the overwhelmingly fast ones, not the other way around. And in this case the vast majority of NijiEN fans know very little about the other branches to begin with, so EN talk would suffocate all others outside of big events. That's exactly why this board has so many slower niche generals, and this one isn't even in amongst the truly slow and niche ones.
