I think you're putting way too much to emphasis on what this place says about them. The guys aren't treated poorly. Despite what anyone here might tell you, they're treated fairly equally on all sides.
Do the girls have more opportunities open to them by default? Yes. I'm not going to pretend like they don't. It'll be a long time before a Holostar gets a shot with Universal studios, or gets a huge sponsorship like the Riot collaboration.
But it's not impossible. The day will come where you'll see the Stars on an equally impressive stage. Hell it's already been making leaps and bounds this year.
I know it sounds monotonous at this point, but have faith in Cover. And in the boys as well.
They all have friends in interesting places.
