Yes, most of EU can more or less speak English, but there's also something like Twitch, where you have several chuubas streaming in German, French. They have their own small niche, while not being insanely successful, it's good enough for them. Can you imagine single Holo gen in German, French? Just to have presence and trying to build market? Expensive trip - yes, it would earn, but you can currently invest this kind of money elsewhere in the market and get much more out of it, like next EU gen or homostars. And as I mentioned, EU paypigs are watching JP, cutting the middleman. They want JP experience and are already paying for JP experience.
