I have fantasized about the same thing before, but if you post in this general then you should already know the reaction to a scenario like that. The trust in female English speaking chuubas here is in the negatives and the only way you wouldn't get shit on is if you acknowledge your oshi's talents in a respectful and professional manner every once in a blue moon, or just reply to birthday and milestone tweets, and even then there is no guarantee that you will be considered "one of the good ones." If you were to join, stick to being cordial with your oshi in the company's Discord only because anything other than that will not only bring you antis but also beggars who WILL annoy your oshi and his fans.
So basically: you will be hated.
