>a civil society should allow your freedom to be undisciplined (otherwise it's tyranny), but the will to follow some codes *voluntarily* is often more admirable
I very much agree, but unfortunately being undisciplined is encouraged and as you can see even ITT, morals and decency are often mocked, being seen as either weakness or (ironically enough) subservience, which is why easily-influenced people, or in other words the vast majority of people, would rather choose to be immoral for the sake of fitting in, in which case a tyrannical enforcement of morals might be the only way we can see people having discipline. Even if its just an act, it might set a precedent for future generations, normalizing good behavior instead of bad, like we currently do. A relevant example would be how a lot of vtubers were influenced to abstain from cursing as much as they can, for the sake of the image of decency.
I'm not arguing that enforcing morals is a good thing, but it might just be a necessary evil.

Antisocial girl didn't want to take part of frat boy party so she locked herself in her room. Nothing more, nothing less.
Mori is a shitty friend, with the self awareness of a piece of rock, but that's all

>constantly trying to prove they're not hololive
That's not healthy though. Constantly having to say it because it bothers you that much. That's like when a teenage girl is called a whore and then out of spite goes out and fucks a bunch of guys. The whole "Oh yeah? Well I'll show them!" by proving them right mentality. Knew too many women like that and they never ended up in a good place. To be clear I'm not implying NijiEN are whores, this was just the most common example I encountered, you can just replace fucking with smoking or drinking if that's more relatable

I have no horse in the race, but these rosemi antis you're referring to seem to be having a blast shitposting at your expense, meanwhile you rosebuds are seething as hard as humanly possible. So from an outsider's perspective, I don't think you guys shouldn't be calling anyone pathetic. Either way you should try to mellow down a bit and stop feeding these antis if you want them to stop. Or don't, its fun to watch

The honest reason? Because they don't need it
Why spend more on expensive rigging, even if they have the funds to do so, if people watch them regardless? Hell, I'm guilty of this myself, I usually don't give a shit what the models do on screen, I'm there to listen to banter and hear their quirky personalities. So in the long run, I couldn't care less if each strand of hair moved or if their lips were synced

Sorry bud, but not all of us are socially stunted. Since you're looking for a non-meme answer, here you go
First of all I'd never talk to her as a fan, I don't see her as someone above me at all, so I could more than handle her, not as a thirsty gosling which I only do for fun /here/, but as an equal. And if we clicked I would try to be friends with her, since she seems like a nice girl

I never understood how people can get starstruck when meeting a celebrity, they're literally just normal ass, flawed people like you and me, you need to respect yourselves fellow buds

I have one already and it doesn't change the fact that I find comfort and enjoyment from watching cute anime girls pretending to be wholesome, without them having a mental breakdown because their ego got hurt by some rando
You can keep calling people unicorns and incels all you want, but at the end of the day, its a tastes thing, different people find different things entertaining, simple as

Not him, not into GFE, but let me answer your question that is an answer to a question with another question, couldn't someone find entertainment from fantasizing that some fictional character is more than just an entertainer? Isn't that also a form of entertainment?

If that's what gets him through the day, why does it bother you? There are so many more streamers that don't fit that criteria, yet you anons are trying to take even those few away from these lonely fucks. What's the point of having a monopoly over chuubas? Don't you know that's bad for the industry?

Luckily I'm not delusional enough to think I have a shot with some faceless streamer and the whole idea of GFE is off-putting to me so I never goslinged any chuubas

That said, I watch chuubas to see cute anime girls playing games and talking to their audience and male collabs are off-putting in this context. I watch male streamers and plenty of male youtubers, but that's not why I watch chuubas, just like how I don't watch a serious drama, expecting to laugh at slapstick comedy. You don't need to be a unicorn to dislike male collabs. Its just not what you signed up for

Nina often appears on both my favorites, Elira and Rosemi's streams even outside collabs, which already made me skip streams and now with Nijiguys also thrown into the mix there are even more streams for me to skip

Maybe this is how I get filtered from NijiEN in general, or maybe it will all just blow over once things calm down. To be clear, I don't give a shit about unicorn stuff and I have no ill will towards Nina or gen4. I wish them all the best of luck, I just don't like hearing male voices, Nina included, while watching vtuber content. Its simply not the content I subscribed/membered for

True she is debuffing herself hard, which is why orca was able to dethrone her, but at the same time this also makes her more genuine. She's playing games she likes, not just phoning in a performance for a paycheck, like many of the others. She the most unique chuuba we've gotten in a long while, even outside Holo.

I can respect the hustle the Kuroe plays, but I can also respect La+'s integrity.
That said, in the long run I'd much rather watch a chuuba that has passion for their work, rather than one that does it to get rich quick, but to each their own.

The zoombie has gotten away with so many yab incidents, that at this point she could suck a guy off on livecam and she would get away with it.
At least festival had the yab on her roommate account, but Ollie is doing it all on her holochannel and management still doesn't give a shit. Good for her I guess

they're both coffee elitists, that argument they had onstream was genuine and an obvious continuation of an argument they've been having for a long time. Australian coffee elitists being really particular about milk is a roundabout thing caused by the size of our tourism and hospitality industries. This size results in a constant stream of insufferably specific requesters who will judge baristas on the smallest of details that are specific to the barista. By judging the barista and not the blend/roast/quality of the beans, things like how they steam/froth the milk and presentation of the coffee have reached a high standard here. Having said that, properly done milk in a coffee is amazing but in most cases not worth the money/effort. It's mostly a flex or a power play to get particular about milk in coffee.
