NTA but let me explain to you. Below is an activity graph measuring her total number of videos (and livestreams) posted to her channel per month from her debut to now. This isn't a recent problem for her, it started right around the time of covid.
If it was a family issue then you'd see specific dips on a graph. Something probably did happen to her around Decemember 2018 given that first dip. After that, she recovers up until Covid hit.

Covid Hits -> Influx of viewers -> Lots of money -> No need to stream as much -> Gets shilled out the ass when she returns -> Cycle continues.

The rrat about her being mindbroken is just that, it's a rrat. She's just simply lazy now. No coworker will hate her because she's literally doing nothing and not affecting them, outwardly hating her is stupid. Cover doesn't care because it's up to the talent to stream, she needs to earn her own bread to live afterall. She makes enough to support herself from memberships and other things. There's no big rrat, no hidden detail. She just doesn't need to work so she doesn't.

That is true. There's quite a lot of bts stuff that we won't ever really see. We don't even know if that audio was recorded for Ayame talking to Swordgirl. It might've been Kiara instead but was then reworked.
I'm only saying it because why would they reference Admiral Perry for two japanese people? Given the quick quip about time, it could've been Ame or Kiara (only other sword member coming to my mind right now).
