Low quality for the most part. Vshojo streamers are just not as good as compared to what HoloEN and even Ninjisanji has to offer. On one hand it’s a lack of experience, but on the other it’s because it just comes off as kind of uncomfortable. You aren’t watching entertainers or a character, it feels like your watching the undertale furries who sit under the stair well in high school or a generic e-girl. Even when this isn’t the case, they tend to have very poor conversational skills and it just isn’t very good to listen to. Even worse is all the baggage that vshojo has. It was made by the CEO of Twitch and has the aesthetic of a bunch of Tumblr OC’s circle jerking on Twitter. That rubs me and others the wrong way.

Given time, vshojo could get better. But until it actually tries to make decent content, I don’t see it going anywhere except becoming the next GDQ or some shit.
