You should work on a song with a time limit of 1 hour to record everything and make it as good as you can and then you should export it and listen to it 2 days later while taking notes of which parts you didn't like and which parts sounded okay then redo the bad parts with a time limit of 30 minutes. Repeat this for half a month and you'll have something decent.
Compare each of your recordings to the first one to make sure it sounds better too!
I don't actually do this and just do the 1 hour to record the song then post it here but I think it would help a lot.

Don't believe everything you read on /vt/. It was a pretty funny timing, but Nijisanji wouldn't have passed on the opportunity of doing a collab with Konami. From what Pomu said, it was something that was offered to her personally, but Nijisanji wasn't interested on doing. The most credible theory is that it was a collab with "niji no conquistador", or another small idol group.
